He is the Co-Founder & CEO/CTO of Optravision, where he leads the development of an AR-based RF detection platform designed for both military and emergency response operations.

With a background in XR, robotics, and machine learning, Sanjit has worked with prestigious organizations like NASA, NSIN, and Mount Sinai Innovation Partners, and is a two-time NSF I-Corps grant recipient. He previously led HUD development for the NASA SUITS Challenge and held innovation fellowships with MIT Catalyst and the Mars Society.

Sanjit holds a degree in Computer Science with a concentration track in Graphics & Vision. He is known for combining deep technical expertise with a bold vision for the future. His mission is to build tools that empower people in high-stakes environments—whether it’s space, trauma care, or tactical operations—with technology that feels like science fiction, but works in the real world.

Kanchan is the Co-Founder & Head of Product at Optravision, where she leads product strategy, user experience, and innovation. With a background in computer science and a passion for bridging technology with real-world impact, Kanchan transforms complex systems into intuitive, user-centered solutions that empower operators in critical environments.

As a seasoned product manager, she thrives at the intersection of emerging tech and human needs—guiding ideas from concept to launch with clarity, creativity, and a relentless focus on impact. Her expertise spans AR/VR, AI-driven tools, UX strategy, and tech commercialization, making her a driving force behind Optravision’s ability to scale across both defense and civilian sectors.

Kanchan also brings an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly exploring new opportunities, strategic partnerships, and bold innovations that push boundaries. Beyond her technical leadership, she is a strong advocate for women and underrepresented groups in tech, actively mentoring and speaking to foster a more inclusive and empowering industry.

Dr. Laila Fighera Marzall is the RF Systems Lead and Senior R&D Engineer at Optravision, bringing over 15 years of deep expertise in telecommunications, microwave engineering, and RF system design. With a distinguished career spanning academia and industry, Laila plays a pivotal role in architecting the high-performance signal processing and antenna systems that power Optravision’s AR-based RF detection platform.

Laila holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she currently serves as a Postdoctoral Associate with the Microwave Group, conducting research in broadband phased arrays, non-reciprocal devices (such as circulators and phase shifters), and MMIC power amplifiers. Her work is grounded in both theoretical rigor and practical innovation, with a focus on pushing the frontiers of RF system performance.

She earned her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria (2006), followed by her M.S. from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA) in Brazil (2009). Laila is a senior member of IEEE and a URSI associate member, and she is recognized for her leadership and contributions in the field of microwave and RF engineering.

With her extensive background in active and passive microwave devices, hybrid topologies, and phased array design, Laila brings unmatched depth and precision to the Optravision team—fueling innovation at the heart of the electromagnetic domain.
